Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

SBS Transport LLC ("SBS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (sbstransportllc.com), our online forms, and our advertising, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. We collect information you give us when you:

  • Request a shipping quote (such as your name, email, phone number, vehicle details, and pickup and delivery locations);
  • Apply for a driver or other position with us through our careers pages or application links (such as your name, contact details, work history, CDL information, and other details relevant to employment);
  • Submit a contact form or a lead form, including forms hosted on third-party platforms such as Facebook or Instagram;
  • Communicate with us by phone, text, or email.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the dates and times of your visits, through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. If you respond to one of our advertisements on a social media or advertising platform (for example, a Facebook or Instagram lead ad), we may receive the contact information and responses you submit through that platform's form. For driver applicants, we may also receive information from background-check, employment-verification, and screening providers as part of our hiring and compliance process.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide quotes and deliver our vehicle transport and logistics services;
  • Review applications, verify qualifications, and communicate with applicants during hiring;
  • Respond to your inquiries and contact you about our services or open positions;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;
  • Send announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, and other communications;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and safety obligations, including those required by the FMCSA and DOT.

3. Text Messaging and Phone Contact (SMS Consent)

By providing your phone number to SBS — whether through a form on our website, a lead ad, an application, or directly — you consent to receive phone calls and text (SMS) messages from us, including messages sent using automated technology, for purposes such as responding to your inquiry, discussing a quote, coordinating a shipment, or communicating with you about a job application or your employment.

  • Consent is not a condition of obtaining a quote, using our services, or being considered for employment.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, and reply HELP for help.
  • We will not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with service providers who help us communicate with you (see Section 5) and as required by law.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, analyze traffic, remember preferences, and support advertising. Some pages use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site function.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf — for example, our applicant tracking and onboarding system (Tenstreet), background-check and screening providers, communication and phone/text providers, website hosting, and advertising and analytics platforms — and who are permitted to use it only to provide those services to us;
  • Legal and safety — when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, a subpoena, or legal process; to protect our rights or property; or to protect the safety of any person;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, communicate with you, and meet our legal, tax, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations (including driver qualification and safety records required under FMCSA regulations).

8. Your Rights and Choices

  • Marketing communications: You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email, and out of text messages by replying STOP.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information in Section 12.
  • State privacy rights: Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of certain sharing. We will honor applicable rights as required by law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to other websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective when the revised Policy is posted on this page, with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
